An artistic collaboration with Gian Luca Amadei, Poet and Acting Senior Tutor (Research), Information Experience Design MA at the Royal College of Art, London.

The works engage with the intersection of typography, visual art, and poetic expression. Reducing the title letter forms to minimalist geometric shapes and lines, seeking to distil the essence of each poem and its concise structure into graphic form, emphasising the interplay of rhythm, colour and shape. This typographical exploration reflects a conceptual commitment to visualizing the subtle, yet potent, narratives embedded in Amadei’s works. The resulting limited edition giclée prints were presented in a group exhibition at the Crypt within West Brompton Cemetery, London, where they engaged with the historical and evocative atmosphere of the site.

Looking ahead, I am further exploring Gian Luca Amadei’s poetic oeuvre, with the intention of creating additional artistic responses that continue to probe the relationship between language and visual representation.
